Shive-Hattery acquires Helix Design Group

In February 2024, Shive-Hattery announced that it acquired the Helix Design Group. Shuttleworth & Ingersoll attorneys, Brian Bergstrom and Joseph Miller, assisted with this transaction on behalf of Shive-Hattery.
