The law firm of Shuttleworth & Ingersoll P.L.C. is pleased to announce that Mary Rose Shelley and Eric D. Martin and have joined our team of attorneys.
We are pleased to add Eric and Mary Rose to our growing team of attorneys.
Eric previously worked at a local Iowa law firm, specializing in legal research and writing. His practice includes medical malpractice, long-term care defense, civil litigation, and appellate law. Eric is an active member in his local community serving as a Volunteer Attorney for The Veterans Consortium, as well as a Member of the Friends of Coralville Public Library. “I am excited to join the Shuttleworth & Ingersoll team. I look forward to working with a talented group of professionals to provide exceptional service to the firm’s clients,” said attorney, Eric Martin.

Mary Rose has practiced law for six years in the Waterloo area, advising clients in estate planning, including long-term care planning, Medicaid benefits, special needs trusts, with an emphasis on elder law. “I am thrilled to embark on the next chapter in my career at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. I am honored to join such a well-rounded and diverse law firm. I look forward to expanding the firm’s footprint and exceptional client service to those in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and Northeast Iowa,” said attorney, Mary Rose. Mary Rose is an active member of the Iowa State Bar Association where she is the President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division and is a Council Member for the Elder Law Section. She also volunteers in the Cedar Valley community.
