Abbe’s work focuses on banking and finance, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and general corporate law. She previously spent almost a decade as in-house general counsel, a member of executive management, and a member of the Board of Directors for Central State Bank in Coralville. Abbe has extensive experience providing risk management advice to clients, loan documentation preparation and review, loan workouts and debt collection efforts, and regulatory compliance. Abbe has represented creditors in federal, state, and bankruptcy court proceedings including foreclosures, contract disputes, and all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings. “We are very pleased to have Abbe join our team.
