Attorney Benjamin G. Nielson has joined the law firm of Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Shodeen, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa.Benjamin graduated from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, earning his B.A., with distinction, as well as a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the esteemed Tippie College of Business. Benjamin went on to earn his J.D., with Honors, from Drake University Law School in Des Moines. During law school, Benjamin was named the Iowa Taxpayers Association’s 2019 Linda S. Weindruch Scholar for his commitment to fair business and tax policy.
