Please plan to join Shuttleworth & Ingersoll’s team of Employment lawyers for our Fall Seminar from 8:00 am– 12:00 pm on November 5th in Cedar Rapids or November 8th in Coralville!
We are meeting in person, but a Zoom option will also be offered.
After a year hiatus, we are thrilled to be back, and there are many new developments that will be covered during our half-day seminar, including:The latest on COVID-19 related laws and regulations – vaccines, paid leave and moreNon-Compete agreements in the current climateHow to Handle Exemption Requests from Mandatory VaccinesRemote work and the issues related to a distributed work forceNew this year, we are offering a subscription plan for continuing training throughout 2022. This will include quarterly in-depth roundtable sessions, and monthly webinars These sessions will cover basic HR issues, such as leave issues, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour, as well as more in-depth discussions of specific issues, such as the evolving marijuana laws and the effects in the workplace, performance management and workers compensation. If there are specific topics you’d like us to address in 2022, we welcome your input!The cost for the fall seminar this year is $99 per person and the fee will be fully credited against the cost of any subscription plan purchased for 2022.
