Joseph Miller, a business and health law attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, was selected to participate in the 39th annual Leadership for Five Seasons Program through the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance for 2022. Leadership for Five Seasons (LFS) is a premier community leadership program that focuses on developing top talent through a formal leadership curriculum. LFS provides participants with community knowledge, connections, and inspiration to make a positive impact on the community. Participants are selected from area businesses, public and private agencies, civic and other organizations. Each year 35 individuals are selected to participate in the program that runs from August through May. Throughout this 10-month journey, participants will gain a greater sense of pride for their community, build connections to the key leaders in their area, and leave with an inspired heart to give back and grow beyond the program. The alumni network for LFS is over 1,200 strong consisting of individuals from all backgrounds, and Tricia Hoffman-Simanek, senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll is a lifetime LFS alumni. “Over the last four years, I have watched Joseph grow as a leader in both our firm and the Cedar Rapids community. He is an extremely intelligent and capable attorney who consistently demonstrates an enduring work-ethic and a passion for his clients and colleagues.
