Laurie L. Dawley and Joseph M. Miller presented as guest lecturers to students of the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine on Monday, February 12. Dawley and Miller discussed business and health law matters in their presentation titled The Business of Physical Therapy. The goal of the lecture was to cover basic fundamentals of legal issues around operating a physical therapy practice.
