Kristin Petersen, associate attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, has been selected as a participant of the Corridor Business Journal’s Fall Leadership Academy for 2019.
The Leadership Academy is described as a rigorous learning experience focused on practical leadership, coaching, and management skills in a professional business environment. Participants will uncover their leadership and management style, as well as develop a foundation of hard and soft skills needed to advance in today’s work environment.
At Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, Kristin’s work includes assisting clients through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including addressing diligence, regulatory, and other issues. She also advises companies on various matters related to commercial and business law, business formation, equity finance, and antitrust compliance. Kristin has extensive knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations, including premerger notification obligations and foreign merger control filings.
