HIPAA Training Based on Real Life Scenarios

Shuttleworth & Ingersoll offers live, in-person training for the staff of health care entities and health care business associates to ensure full compliance with privacy laws associated with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

Training packages may be arranged for a fixed fee depending on the needs of the workplace, and may include a discovery process, a review of policies, and in-person training for all employees.

Attorney Tricia Hoffman-Simanek works with clients to conduct live, in-person training, using real-life scenarios to make the training relatable to all those participating. HIPAA training sessions usually last between 90 to 120 minutes.
