Weijing assists individuals and businesses in various areas of civil and commercial litigation including contract disputes, business torts, and insurance defense at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. She also guides individuals and families through difficult legal processes including dissolutions of marriage, custody disputes, adoptions, guardianships and conservatorships, and probate proceedings. Before joining private practice four years ago, Weijing spent a year and a half clerking for the judges of the Sixth Judicial District of Iowa, where she not only honed her research and writing skills but learned about effective courtroom advocacy.
