Sean W. Wandro is an attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. whose practice focuses on business law, real estate, and estate planning. Sean’s work includes counseling clients on corporate governance matters, and assisting clients with contract drafting and review, business formation and restructuring, real estate development, and commercial real estate lease negotiation.
Sean has represented numerous individuals, commercial real estate owners and developers, nonprofit corporations, and closely-held businesses and their owners. Sean has maintained a law practice in Iowa City since 2013 and prior to joining Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, he also served as the president of an abstract and title company.
