Molly M. Parker is an attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. whose practice focuses on litigation and appellate law.
Molly has particular experience in Freedom of Information Act litigation, but maintains a general commercial litigation practice. As part of her litigation practice, Molly has experience with complex consumer fraud and breach of contract claims, property disputes, and torts including defamation and civil assault. Molly’s appellate practice includes attention to error preservation at trial as well as drafting appellate briefs in state and federal court. Molly has argued in front of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Following her graduation from law school, Molly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge, John A. Jarvey, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa and to the Honorable Jane Kelly in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Before joining Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, Molly served as the Legal Director for Kids First Law Center of Greater Des Moines.
Molly is an adjunct professor of Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research at the University of Iowa College of Law.
