Marty L. Stoll is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Marty’s legal practice focuses on real estate, business, and nonprofit law. Her work involves commercial, multi-family, and agricultural real estate, corporate compliance, governance, and transactions, and banking and finance matters, including contract preparation and review; compliance, regulatory, and governance advice and documentation; real estate and asset purchases, sales, and leases; mergers, affiliations, and disaffiliations; and other transactions. Marty represents several nonprofit corporations, providing outside general counsel services to one of the largest nonprofit agencies in the State of Iowa. Marty currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Law Department section and is former Chair of the Business section.
