Marty L. Stoll is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Marty’s legal practice focuses on real estate, business, and nonprofit law. Her work involves commercial, multi-family, and agricultural real estate, corporate compliance, governance, and transactions, and banking and finance matters, including contract preparation and review; compliance, regulatory, and governance advice and documentation; real estate and asset purchases, sales, and leases; mergers, affiliations, and disaffiliations; and other transactions. Marty represents several nonprofit corporations, providing outside general counsel services to one of the largest nonprofit agencies in the State of Iowa. Marty currently serves as co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate section and is former Chair of the firm’s Business section.
