Laurie L. Dawley is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Her work focuses on business law, banking and finance law, real estate law, and mergers and acquisitions. She serves on the firm’s board of directors and is past chair of the firm’s business practice group and associate/recruiting committee.

Laurie has represented numerous individuals, banks and financial institutions, agricultural and commercial real estate owners and developers, nonprofit corporations, and closely-held businesses and their owners. She has experience conducting farmland auctions and managing large foreclosure actions involving numerous residential and commercial properties.
