Brian D. Bergstrom is a corporate attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C., president of the firm, and chair of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice group. Interests

Brian practiced law for several years in Chicago, Illinois before joining Shuttleworth & Ingersoll in 1998. He is a 2006 inductee into the Iowa High School Athletic Association Football Hall of Fame. Brian was raised on his family farm in southeast Iowa and earned his undergraduate degree in economics at Harvard College and was a 1st team Academic All-American in football and a member of the National Football Foundation Academic All-American team. He was the Lionel de Jersey Harvard Scholar to Cambridge University in Cambridge, England in 1985-1986 and completed his Juris Doctorate at Harvard Law School in 1989.
