Today, the Department of Labor published the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) posters and frequently asked questions surrounding the posters. As with our previous update, the FFCRA requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.
