An Important Message to Our Clients Regarding COVID-19 & Our Firm’s ResponseDear Clients, Community, Partners, and Friends,Shuttleworth & Ingersoll is determined to do our part to stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) while ensuring that all of your legal needs continue to be met. Like so many other members of our community, we have temporarily changed the way we do business in an effort to limit exposure. We believe these steps are in the best interests of our valued clients, employees, and our community at-large.At this time, Shuttleworth & Ingersoll has transitioned to a remote work environment for both our Cedar Rapids and Coralville offices. We are postponing all large-format events and have instructed all personnel to reduce any unnecessary in-person meetings or hold them via phone or video conference. An extremely reduced staff will continue to report into the main office for essential functions and urgent client matters. We are confident that our clients will not see any disruption to the legal services we provide. Since the 2008 flood, our firm has made major strides to move to a secure, electronic file system that allows us the flexibility to offer exceptional service anywhere, at any time. However, this may mean we come to you, rather than you coming to the office.
