Tom M. Collins

Tom Collins was a U. S. Navy veteran, completed Iowa Law School in 1952 and immediately joined Elliott, Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. Tom served as President of the firm from 1958-1990, and and Chairman of the Board from 1991-1998. Tom was known for his legal work in tax and business law. He passed away August 5, 2020.

William R. Shuttleworth

William R. Shuttleworth

William R. (Bill) Shuttleworth, graduated from Yale Law School in 1953, and joined Elliot, Shuttleworth, & Ingersoll, then the state’s largest law firm (with 11 lawyers). Bill became a partner in the firm and continued in that role for more than 40 years before going “of counsel” in the late 1990’s. He passed away October 28, 2019.
